Premium Grass Fed Beef Porterhouse Roast cut from the short loin. It is full of flavour and tenderness.

Cooking recommendations, cook in the oven at 180 degrees, depending on the size, the cooking departure is different. For a small piece 1kg cook for 40 minutes, for a bigger piece 1.5kg cook for  50 minutes, and 2kg cook for 1-1.15 hours. For a perfect roast the internal temperature has to be 62-63C for medium rare.

Should be consumed within 3-4 days.
