Cooking Instructions:

Your best bet may be to turn up your oven temperature a bit. Keep your puff pastry thickness the same. Start baking at a higher temperature then turn it down after the puff pastry has stopped puffing. Maybe start at 400F then after 7-9 minutes, turn it down to 325-350F for 15-20 minutes.
