Grass Fed Oysterblade



The Grass Fed Oyster Blade is from the shoulder of the animal, a very special Grass Fed Beef cut.

Its great for casserole or stew, you can use it as cubed casserole or you can make a nice slow cooked roast and braise it.

You can cut stakes out of it and BBQ and/or pan fry.

Cooking recommendations, 2.5 hours at least if making a casserole or stew.
