Tiny berries from the certified organic vineyard went into this wine – you can tell by the deep colour. The flavour comes from the skin, so the smaller the berry, the more colour and flavour. The small berries are pressed gently to gain a soft mouthfeel, then aged in French oak hogshead barrels, helping this wine mature gracefully until 2027 and beyond.
